You buy a licence to use Pixel Soup on your own Macs. These terms cover the copy sold from this site.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Dodo Payments handles payment, billing, sales tax and VAT, and customer service for orders. Mac App Store purchases are made with Apple under Apple's own terms.

Licence

A Pixel Soup licence is personal and lets you use Pixel Soup on the number of Macs stated at checkout. You may not resell, share or redistribute your licence key.

Updates

Your purchase includes updates to the version you bought. Future major versions may be offered as a separate purchase.

Your wallpapers

The wallpapers and PNGs you make with Pixel Soup are yours to use however you like, including commercially. Photos you put into it stay yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use them.

Open-source components

Pixel Soup uses the Modak typeface (SIL Open Font License) and, in the copy sold from this site, the Sparkle update framework (MIT licence).

No warranty

Pixel Soup is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using it.
