How it works

If Pixel Soup is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it from this site and you get your money back in full. No reason needed.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the email address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, to your original payment method.

After a refund

The licence key for a refunded order is deactivated.

Mac App Store purchases

Copies bought on the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
